Buddhahead
Buddhahead is my goofy name for a person who has some spiritual stuff going on in their life. This is the part of the blog where I talk about spiritual work, or spiritual process. Essentially, it’s about how we people come to experience the Divine. If you are interested in this, then let me know.
The Buddha once told his friends, “Ask yourself, what good am I doing?” Without getting in too deep, you can begin a pretty good spiritual practice simply by asking yourself this question with regard to every aspect of your life. To me, the question is like a compass –which way to the good? That’s where I want to go.
“What good am I doing?” It’s not fancy, doesn’t require lots of incense and you can do it on the run, so to speak.

Hi Stewart,
I met you with my sister, Sally Nobleman, last week. She just told me to visit your website so I did- it’s great! I had no idea that you were a life coach and actually interested in many of the same things as I am, mainly the power we all have to make choices in our lives and to have the life that we want. I work from a model of individual responsibility that is culled from Existential psychology and eastern philosophy but I love your view of imagination. I rarely think of imagination but I believe it’s similar to what I want to teach people. I’d love to discuss further when I have more time. I’m really glad that my sister has you in her life. I think it’s so important to recognize your freedom to have the life that you want. It’s still a work in progress for me.
Paula
